Oxana Kazantseva

Oxana Kazantseva is an experienced risk management professional with a solid background in both corporate governance and market risk. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at Первая грузовая компания - ПГК since November 2021, Kazantseva previously held the role of Senior Risk Specialist at Aeroflot - Russian Airlines, where Risk Management Standards were developed and a Risk Register was established. Earlier experience includes a Senior Manager position at KazAtomProm Institute of High Technologies, leading a major restructuring project, and roles at Eurasian Bank, where significant improvements in automated reporting and risk mitigation strategies were implemented, and at JS NAC "Kazatomprom," overseeing the standardization of Risk Management across subsidiaries. Kazantseva holds a BSc in Engineering & Business Management from Queen Mary University of London and a Master's degree in High-Tech economics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
