Jonathan Shakes

Jonathan is an expert at creating systems and organizations that move millions of boxes from anywhere to anywhere else in the world, quickly and efficiently, having spent 20 years in logistics-related product management, operations, and software development roles at organizations including Amazon, AFS-USA, Kiva Systems, and the U.S. Department of State. He holds degrees in computer science and political science from the University of Washington and Swarthmore College. As Head of Product, Jonathan designs Freightera's services to be easy-to-use, fairly priced, and green.
