Husam Abugharbia

Husam Abugharbia has worked in the software industry since 2014. From 2014-2017, they worked as a Software Verification Engineer at ASAL Technologies. During this time, they developed APIs to improve the ability of integration with NEO, developed SNMP and REST API simulators for testing purposes, and conducted verification and End-to-End testing (both manual and automation) for NEO. In 2017, they joined Freightos as a Software QA Team Lead and Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they monitored quality and enhanced processes in order to raise quality, onboarded and trained new QA recruits, and worked closely with developers and product teams to deliver features with high quality.

Husam Abugharbia completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science at the Princess Sumaya University for Technology between 2010 and 2014. In July 2021, they obtained a Certified Tester, Foundation Level certification from ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page.
