Reut Alon Azoulay has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Receptionist at Oridion Medical, a medical device company. In 2011, they took on the role of Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they recruited subjects and conducted in-depth interviews. In 2012, they became a Program Manager and Guide at Jewish Spirit. In 2015, they joined Experis Israel as a Technical Recruiter, where they managed the recruitment cycle from specification to candidate on-boarding. In 2017, they began working at Freightos as an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition & HR Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they managed the end to end on-going recruiting cycle, acted as a single point of contact for managers, designed and developed the recruitment process, implemented the company's recruitment strategy, and conducted recruitment training for hiring teams.
Reut Alon Azoulay received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Business Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2013, which they completed in 2010. Reut then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2015.
