Heather Pate Mba

Heather Pate, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has over 15 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Heather is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Fremont Group since 2017. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Benefits Manager - Consultant at Merit Resource Group. From 2011 to 2015, they were employed by AXA Investment Managers as the US Human Resources Manager. During their time there, they managed and administered health and retirement programs, HR operations, recruitment, and onboarding for California-based positions.
