Kavita Gupta

Kavita Gupta is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in the Fremont Union High School District since 2001, currently serving as Chemistry Curriculum Lead and Teacher. Gupta has developed a successful AP Chemistry curriculum, resulting in outstanding student performance, and published an interactive iBook on Reaction Prediction. In addition, Gupta contributes to the National Science Teachers Association as an NGSS@NSTA Curator and as a member of the STEM Forum Steering Committee. As a Grosvenor Teacher Fellow with National Geographic, Gupta aims to enhance geographic education and global citizenship in the classroom. Gupta's involvement in various educational initiatives includes speaking engagements focused on climate change and women's advocacy in science. Educational background includes an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from Lucknow University.
