Mauricio Yanez is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at The Little Club, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Yanez held the role of Sous Chef at Frenchman's Creek Beach and Country Club, where oversight of backend restaurant operations and leadership was provided. At The Club at Mediterra, Yanez was responsible for conceptualizing and developing unique menu items while ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. As Culinary Director at GVRG.MX, Yanez played a key role in opening a chain of eight successful restaurants in Chihuahua and managed P&L responsibilities. Yanez also gained experience as Sous Chef at Culinary Cafe and Chef De Tournant at Sailfish Club Of Florida. Yanez holds two Associate of Arts degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Nutrition from Florida Culinary Institute and Lincoln Tech, respectively.
