Michael Girard has extensive experience in business development, with a focus on establishing partnerships and building relationships with Fortune 500 consumer brands and media partners.

Michael started their career as a Director of Business Development at Yesmail.com in 1999, and later moved on to QuinStreet, Inc. where they held the position of Senior Director of Business Development. During their time at QuinStreet, they managed a team that handled Email Marketing and Co-Registration deals, negotiated advertising placements, and oversaw data acquisition efforts.

In 2006, Michael joined Powered, Inc. as a Sr. Director of Business Development, where they built and managed the Content Syndication Group, establishing key relationships with high-traffic publishers and content marketplaces. Michael then worked at Pluck Corporation as the Director of Business Development & Sales before becoming Vice President Business Development at Westlake Products.

From 2009 to 2010, Michael served as the VP of Business Development at ActiveProspect, responsible for managing relationships with key advertisers and establishing partnerships with third-party data providers. Michael then moved on to Bridgevine, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they were hired to restart the partner channel, significantly expanding the number of partner relationships and monthly order volume.

Most recently, Michael worked at Vantage Media as the Director of Business Development, where they established partnerships for the company's Digital Services, Home Security, and other Home Services Marketplaces. Their role at Vantage Media involved building relationships with leading Fortune 500 consumer brands and key media partners.

In 2015, they joined Frequence as the Director of Business Development.

Michael Girard received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business between 1987 and 1991. Michael then pursued a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington, completing it between 1987 and 1992. Later, they earned an MBA in International Marketing & Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they completed between 1997 and 1999.
