Paul Sturdivant

Paul Sturdivant has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Paul is currently the Vice President of Operations at Fresca Mexican Foods. Prior to this, they worked as the General Manager - 1300 Series at Bellmont Cabinet Company. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Manager, Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where they successfully implemented and advanced TPM methodology while improving talent development. Paul also has extensive experience at Mars, where they held multiple roles including Senior Regional Engineering Manager, Segment Engineering Manager, and Process Engineer. In addition, Paul had a successful career in the US Navy, serving as a Navy Surface Nuclear Engineering Officer and a Tomahawk Strike Officer. Paul also gained valuable experience as a Project Coordinator Intern at Rentenbach Constructors Incorporated.

Paul Sturdivant attended Auburn University from 2003 to 2004, but no degree or field of study was specified. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 2004 to 2008. Most recently, from 2016 to 2018, they attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
