Helio Fujita

Helio Fujita currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Fresenius Kabi, leading the HR agenda for over 40,000 colleagues and contributing to the impact of healthcare solutions on nearly 450 million lives. As Co-Founder and Strategic Advisor at FAIR HR, Helio is focused on promoting fair and transparent talent decisions through advanced AI and data insights. Previously, Helio held senior HR roles at Novartis, where responsibilities included managing a global HR team and enhancing employee experience for over 55,000 employees. Other notable experiences include founding Brasil Que Eu Faço Ltda., and significant HR leadership positions at Syngenta, Solvay, and Abbott Laboratories, among others. Helio holds an MBA from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and is pursuing a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification from the University of California at Berkeley.
