Christine Franks

Christine Franks is an experienced leader in global people analytics and HRIS, currently serving as Senior Director for Global People Analytics & Reporting at Fresenius Medical Care since October 2022. As the owner and principal consultant of CMD Consulting Seacoast, LLC since October 2018, Christine provides strategic and technical leadership across global teams. Previous roles include Senior Workday HRIS Analyst at MathWorks, where Christine supported reporting needs and drove business process improvements, and Senior HRIS Business Systems Analyst at Dell EMC, focusing on global SuccessFactors implementation. Christine also has extensive experience in project controls and scheduling from positions at Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Resources Global Professionals, as well as IT systems analysis at Chevron and Duke Energy Corporation. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Information Systems from the University of Mobile.
