Gerome Newport Fischer

Gerome Newport Fischer is an accomplished professional in innovation management and medical engineering with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives. At Fresenius Medical Care since February 2015, Gerome has held roles from Component Development Expert to Senior Expert Innovation Management, driving significant innovations such as establishing the global 'LabDay' Initiative and managing early-stage ideas and resources. As the founder of Jointheapp, Gerome showcased entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Altran, where Gerome contributed to a FDA 510K application for a novel ICU patient monitoring device.
