Robert Cairns

Robert Cairns is an accomplished professional in the field of innovation management, currently serving as Senior Innovation Manager at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd since August 2016. In this role, Robert leads the launch of a £30-50 million hybrid investment fund in collaboration with the Department for Transport and develops new models for infrastructure innovation funding by investing in promising startups. Additionally, Robert is a member of the Delivery Leadership Group at the Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership (i3P) since April 2024.
