Luis Pangan

Luis Pangan is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of HR Operations Shared Services at Fresenius Medical Care since October 2022. Prior to this role, Luis held various positions at Citi, including AVP Operations Manager and AVP Global Project Manager for HR Shared Services from March 2021 to October 2022. Luis also worked at Capgemini as HR Shared Services Operations Lead, and at Eaton as HR GBO Global Leader for Employee Data Management. Earlier career experience includes roles at IBM Global Business Services Talent & Engagement, where Luis served as Global Project Lead, HR Delivery Team Leader for Employee Data Management in the APAC region, and HR Practitioner in Employee Data Management and Payroll. Luis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from De La Salle University from 2008 to 2012.
