Jyotin Shah

Jyotin Shah has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are serving as the SVP Global Infrastructure at Fresenius Digital Technology, where they oversee strategy, transformation projects, and run services for all infrastructure towers. Prior to this, Jyotin worked at Mondelēz International, holding positions such as Senior Director of Global Digital Workplace and Global Director of EUC Field Services and Infrastructure Support. Jyotin also served as CTO Europe and IT Director for Central Europe during their time at Mondelēz International. Before that, Jyotin worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as the Sr. Manager of Financial Systems, where they were responsible for financial planning and HFM systems. Jyotin also played a key role in setting up the finance shared service team. At Kraft Foods, Jyotin held various roles, including IT Manager for Service Delivery and Manager of IT Service Delivery for Record To Report. Jyotin also served as a Client Account Manager for HQ Finance Systems, where they managed a reengineering project and global consolidation application support. Jyotin began their career as a Tax Specialist at Ernst & Young and also served as the VP of Corporate Relations at AIESEC.

Jyotin Shah obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from the University of St.Gallen in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned a CISA certification in Certified Information Systems Auditor from Cisa in 2004-2005. Jyotin completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree at Sydenham College in 1994-1999, focusing on commerce, economics, and accounting. Their high school education was completed at St Xaviers High School (Fort) from 1984 to 1994, with a concentration in commerce.
