Karoline Grünmayer

Karoline Grünmayer has diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Karoline began their career in 2009 as a Praktikantin in Personal- und Führungskräftentwicklung at Deutsche Bahn. Karoline then moved on to Lufthansa in 2010, where they worked as a Praktikantin in Strategische Führungskräfteentwicklung. In 2011, they had a brief stint as a Praktikantin in Personalentwicklung at R+V Versicherung. Karoline joined DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale in 2012 as an HR Business Partner, a role they held until April 2020. In 2020, they took on a role as an Honorardozentin/Honorary Lecturer at International School of Management, Germany. Currently, they are employed at Fresenius Group, where they started as a Senior Manager in Talent Development in April 2020 and later became the Director of Talent Development in January 2023.
