Jansen Reader, MHA has a work experience that includes roles in human resources and compliance. They started in 2019 as a Compliance Officer at PremierTox Laboratory and worked until November 2020. In 2021, Jansen worked at Russell County Hospital, holding positions such as Human Resource Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

Jansen Reader, MHA, has a solid educational background in healthcare administration. In 2015, Jansen enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, which was successfully completed in 2018. Building upon this foundation, Jansen furthered their education by attending Southern New Hampshire University from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Administration. Currently, Jansen is expanding their knowledge and expertise by pursuing a Doctorate degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Walden University, starting in 2021.
