Sebastian Jaeger

Sebastian Jaeger has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sebastian started their career as a Student Intern at Monster in 2003. Sebastian later worked as a Student Intern at Eintracht Frankfurt in 2006. In 2007, they joined Abacus Recruitment Solutions Ltd as an Assistant Recruitment Manager. Sebastian then moved on to Lufthansa Technik in 2008, where they worked as a Student Intern in HR Marketing and Recruiting. Sebastian also completed their Diploma Thesis at Lufthansa in the same year. In 2009, they joined Fresenius Group as the Manager of HR Systems and Processes. Over the years, they held various positions at Fresenius, including HR Marketing Manager, Head of HR Marketing, Director of Employer Branding, and currently, Director of Employer Branding & Recruiting.

Sebastian Jaeger received their Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) degree in International Management / HR Management from Hochschule Fresenius between 2004 and 2009. Later in 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Certified Online-Marketing-Manager (SHB) degree specializing in Online-Marketing from Akademie für Marketing-Kommunikation e.V.
