Dorothy is a Director of Advisory Services with over 20 years of experience in her field.

As a former program manager and master facilitator at Nike, she found her passion by stepping into complex situations to help organizations reach alignment, gain greater clarity, and optimize their business outcomes. Dorothy holds a BS in Anthropology from the University of Oregon

She has worn many hats throughout her career, maintaining deep experience in marketing, change management, business process mapping and optimization, communications, and organizational development.
