Melanna Carroll

For nearly two decades, Melanna has been guiding startups and scale-ups through ethical influence, data-driven playbooks, strong relationships, and business savvy. Her approach to the employee experience is interactive and intentional. She’s led people functions at organizations like DraftKings, Forrester Research, and GoodRX, with a track record coaching Fortune 500 leadership teams and scaling companies 5X.

Melanna received her MBA with an emphasis on Product Innovation and Globalization from The College of Saint Rose, coupled with a BS in Psychology from undergrad.

Her interests outside of work include art, books, the science of innovation, and travel.
