Thomas McGee

Thomas has helped stand up, lead, and transform best-of-class PMOs across industries and disciplines. He started his career in development, dev/QA leadership, hardware/software engineering, and New Product Introductions (NPI) before moving into the art and science of project and program delivery.

Thomas leads from the core principles of people-first servant leadership, Lean Portfolio Management, data-driven decision making, and iterative process improvements.

A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he enjoys cooking, fishing, and mountain biking.
