Hans Sauter

Hans Sauter is the Chief Sustainability Officer & SVP of R&D at Fresh Del Monte. Prior to this role, Hans held various leadership positions at Del Monte Fresh Produce - CECAB, including Vice President of Agricultural Services & Special Projects. With experience in research and development, agricultural services, and quality assurance, Hans has a strong background in overseeing global research programs and supporting agricultural operations worldwide. Hans also has a background in academia, having served as a Teaching & Laboratory Assistant at UC Davis. Hans holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degree in Entomology from the University of California, Davis.
