Juan Pablo Calderon Rojas

Juan Pablo Calderon Rojas currently serves as the Regional Head of Internal Audit Services at Fresh Del Monte since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Business Controls at Millicom (Tigo) from August 2021 to January 2023 and multiple positions at Bacardi between February 2018 and August 2021, including Global Senior Manager of Internal Audit & SOX, Global SOX Manager, and Global SOX Supervisor. From April 2015 to January 2018, Juan Pablo worked as Senior SOX at Bac San Jose, where responsibilities included reporting to the global tax department for necessary tax declarations in the United States. Previous experience also includes a position as Senior at EY from July 2012 to April 2015, focusing on audit planning, and as a Senior at Deloitte from October 2007 to June 2012, where audit execution was a key responsibility. Juan Pablo holds a degree in Accounting from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and has a background in both Accounting and Business Management.
