Dave Rhodes

Dave Rhodes has over 24 years of experience in the retail industry. Dave is currently the Director of Produce & Floral Operations at Fresh Encounter, Inc since March 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Retail Promotion Director - Northeast at the Idaho Potato Commission from August 2017 to March 2019. From January 2011 to July 2017, they held the position of Vice President of Produce at Marsh Supermarkets. Before that, they were the Produce Business Manager at Marsh Supermarkets from November 1999 to January 2011. Dave started their career as a Vegetable Buyer at Caito Foods in August 1997 and later became the Director of Produce & Floral Operations at Ashcraft Markets from June 1995 to August 1997.

Dave Rhodes attended IUPUI from 1994 to 1995, studying Business Management. Prior to that, they attended Franklin College from 1978 to 1979, where they focused on Education. Their education began at Warren Central High School, where they obtained their High School Degree from 1975 to 1978.
