Michael Urban has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael currently serves as the Director of Marketing for Fresh Ideas Management, LLC since April 2020. Prior to that, they founded and owned Harold's Doughnuts in 2014. Michael worked as the Director of Platform Management at MBS Direct from 2013 to 2014. From 2011 to 2013, they held the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at The Idea Works, Inc. Before that, they served as Vice President of Research at Pure from 2009 to 2011. Michael began their career as a Political and Finance Associate at John Hancock & Associates in 2005 and also worked as a Political Director at Catherine Hanaway for Secretary of State in 2004.

Michael Urban attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2001 to 2005. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.
