Technical Operations Manager at Fresh Relevance

Richard Yates has extensive work experience in the field of technical operations and infrastructure support. Richard began their career in 2007 at smartFOCUS Digital, where they served as a Technical Support and later as a Licensed Support Team member. In 2008, they joined Emailvision as an Infrastructure Support Consultant and, in 2011, was promoted to eChannel Team Leader. Since 2012, Richard has been working at Fresh Relevance as a Technical Operations Manager.

Richard Yates attended the University of Portsmouth from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a BSC (Hons) degree in Computer Network Management and Design.
