Matthew Iles

Matthew Iles has a diverse culinary background with experience in various roles in the food industry. Starting as a Sous Chef at Horseshoe Resort, Matthew went on to work as an Executive Chef/Instructor at Liaison College Of Culinary Arts. Matthew then transitioned to roles such as Associate Food Technologist at TreeHouse Foods, Food Product Developer at Giraffe Foods Inc., and Chef Manager at Farm Boy. Currently, Matthew serves as a Research and Development Chef at Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd.
