Before that, Zac served as a Corporate Executive Chef at The Powelton Club from April 2015 to December 2016. Zac also worked as an Executive Chef at Crave Restaurant and Lounge from September 2013 to April 2015, where they introduced the farm-to-table concept and implemented cost-saving measures.
