Alex Cowan has a diverse work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Management Trainee at Penske Truck Leasing. In 2012, they volunteered as a Rogers TV Volunteer at Rogers Communications. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at FreshBooks as a Support Rockstar, and from 2014 to 2015, they served as a Support Team Lead. In 2015, they were promoted to Manager of Support at FreshBooks, where they oversaw the success of the Technical Support Team and the Product Support Team. From 2018 to the present, they have held various roles at FreshBooks, including Sr. Manager of Support, Sr. Manager - Customer Experience, Associate Director - Customer Experience, and Director - Customer Experience.
