Rik Runge is a seasoned designer and digital strategist currently serving as a Designer & digitaal strateeg at Freshheads since March 2023. As a co-founder of Groene Oase buurttuin since January 2020, Rik contributes to community initiatives. Previous roles include Creative Consultant at Trifork, where principles of customer experience design were applied, and Design (UX) Consultant at Philips, focusing on clinical imaging software. With ownership of Utopian Army from 2007 to 2018, Rik provided creative services to a diverse clientele and specialized in app development. Additional experience encompasses roles as Interaction Designer at Mirabeau and theater and casino host, supplemented by early freelance work and an academic background in Industrial Design Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
