Rodger Stump

Rodger Stump has extensive experience in production management, currently serving as Production Manager at Freshpet since November 2018, previously holding roles as Production Supervisor and Production Team Member for ERP Implementation. Prior to Freshpet, Rodger Stump worked at Albéa Group from October 1990 to November 2018, where responsibilities included Plant Supervisor and Shift Supervisor in the plastics department, along with achieving certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Earlier in the career, various positions were held as an hourly employee, including mechanic, lead mechanic, and shift leader.
