Steve Weise

Steve Weise has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve began their career at General Motors as a Supervisor. Steve then worked at Kraft Jacobs Suchard as a Manufacturing Manager, where they successfully led efforts to improve union relations and retain a facility in Jacksonville, FL. Steve then joined Kraft Foods as a Director of Operations, where they managed operations in the Asia Pacific Region and developed new joint ventures in Southeast Asia and China. Steve later joined Chock full o' Nuts as a Vice President, responsible for manufacturing, quality, inventory management, and product development. Steve also served as the COO at Eight in One Pet Products and The Arthur Wells Group / Jacobson Companies, achieving significant revenue growth and doubling earnings in both roles. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Client Manager at TBM Consulting Group, driving operational excellence across the supply chain. Since 2015, Steve has been serving as the EVP of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Freshpet.

Steve Weise earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Steve then pursued a Master of Science degree in the Sloan School at MIT, studying from 1984 to 1986.
