Wesley Mosley

Wesley Mosley has extensive experience in operations and production management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Freshpet since August 2021, Wesley has held various roles including Senior Production Manager and Production Manager. Prior to Freshpet, Wesley worked at L'Oréal as a Production Manager from April 2018 to July 2021 and at Nestlé from May 2016 to April 2018 as a Production Supervisor, managing operations for NesCafe and Taster's Choice Instant Coffee processes. Experience also includes working as an Operations Supervisor at The Kraft Heinz Company, overseeing over 200 employees and multiple production lines. Wesley has a background in quality systems as a Quality Systems Analyst, utilizing various software tools for data analysis and reporting, and has participated in numerous internal and external audits. Educational qualifications include a degree in Exercise Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
