Ben Latham

Ben Latham has extensive work experience in operations and leadership roles. Ben is currently working at FreshRealm as the Senior Director of Operations since June 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Blue Apron, including Senior Director of Warehouse Operations from August 2022 to June 2023, Assistant General Manager, West Coast from December 2019 to September 2022, Senior Manager of FSQA from an unknown start date to December 2019, Quality Manager from an unknown start date to 2017, and Assistant Quality Manager from October 2015 to October 2016. Before joining Blue Apron, they served as the Director of Operations at The Morris Truck LLC from October 2011 to September 2015. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Director at Sports Camp at SportTime from June 2009 to August 2011, and as a Coordinator for the Annual Entering Student Outdoors Program at Bates College from February 2009 to September 2010. Ben started their career as an Environmental Aide at the Town of East Hampton Natural Resources Department from August 2004 to August 2008.

From 2007 to 2011, Ben Latham attended Bates College. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Environmental Studies, Economics, and French.
