Kelly Ong

Kelly Ong, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of People & Culture at FreshRealm, Kelly has also held significant roles such as Director of Human Resources Business Partner at KIND and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Getty Images. Additionally, Kelly has served as a Regional Human Resources Generalist for North/South/Central Americas at Spotify and is a Board Member at Response Crisis Center. Kelly obtained a B.A. in Sociology from Stony Brook University, completing studies from 2003 to 2006.
