Aathyandra Hidha Sivaraj

Aathyandra Hidha Sivaraj is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and operations. Currently serving as the Lead for Commercial Sales in the DACH, BAN, and FSE regions at Freshworks since February 2019, Aathyandra has previously held roles as Associate Sales Lead for SMB in Emerging Europe and Account Executive for SMB in Southern Europe. Prior to Freshworks, Aathyandra co-founded TARCIN Robotic Inc. as Chief Operations Officer, focusing on productivity and organizational success. A career in procurement and supply chain management was marked by a position as Senior Analyst at Flex, managing purchase orders and supplier relationships. Aathyandra also contributed to research at the Defence Research and Development Organisation as a Project Trainee and gained practical experience through an internship at Visteon Corporation. Aathyandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology and completed secondary education at St. Joseph’s College and Petit Seminaire Higher Secondary School.
