Anna Startseva

Anna Startseva is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in product marketing across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Product Marketing at Freshworks since October 2021, Anna leads initiatives that enhance customer engagement and IT service management. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Product Marketing at ServiceMax, where Anna focused on customer communication regarding new product offerings, and a Senior Product Marketing Manager position at NetBase Solutions, Inc., recognized with a company-wide "Top Marketer" award. Additional roles at eBay, APCO Worldwide, and internships at Management Systems International and the Center for Strategic and International Studies complement a strong academic foundation, which includes an MBA in Marketing and Consulting from the University of Cambridge and a dual M.A. and B.A. in International Relations and German from the University of Denver.
