Callum Lewis Jones

Callum Lewis Jones is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Head of Field Marketing for the UK and Ireland at Freshworks, where responsibilities have included roles as Senior Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Manager since February 2020. Prior to this, Callum worked at Fujitsu Global from September 2016 to February 2020, advancing from Marketing Executive to EMEIA Retail and Hospitality Marketing Manager while completing an award-winning graduate program with various rotations in marketing departments. Early career experiences include positions as a Customer Service and Retail Assistant at Chatsworth House Trust and as a Campaign and Events Assistant at Sheffield Hallam University. Callum holds a Level 6 Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA Honours degree in Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, where recognition includes being awarded the Student Employee of the Year in 2015.
