James Hsieh

James Hsieh serves as the Senior Director of Finance at Freshworks since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles such as Director of Corporate FP&A at Workday and Sr Director of Corporate FP&A at NetApp. At Workday, James led the financial planning process, overseeing consolidated P&L and strategic financial outlook, while at NetApp, James managed a $6B financial planning process and supported significant revenue growth in the Cloud Data Services BU. James also held several finance positions at Molecular Devices, Extreme Networks, Cisco Systems, Avago Technologies, and Agilent Technologies, demonstrating a strong background in financial management, forecasting, and strategic planning.
