Manoj Koduru is an experienced IT executive with a strong background in business transformation and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of IT - Business Transformation & PMO at Freshworks since August 2024, Manoj previously held the same title at Medallia from November 2017 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of over 30 projects and establishing a framework for IT systems integration during mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Medallia, Manoj spent 18 years at KLA-Tencor, holding various leadership roles that focused on IT operations, project management, and business applications.
