Muthukumar Rajamani

Muthukumar Rajamani is currently the Director of Product Design at Freshworks, leading a team focused on creating "AI First" experiences for the Freshworks Neo Platform. With extensive experience in product design and user experience, Muthukumar has served as a UX Mentor for Google Launchpad, guiding over 340 startups globally. Prior roles include Product Design Leader for Webex at Cisco, where Muthukumar managed cross-functional teams, and founding member of the Cisco Bangalore UX team. Earlier career highlights include interaction design at Sun Microsystems and senior principal design roles at Honeywell. Muthukumar holds a BS in Visual Communication Design from the University of Madras and has trained in Metrics based Management through the DFSS program.
