Prerak Bathia

Prerak Bathia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Freshworks since 2025, Prerak previously held the position of SVP Strategy & Transformation at Insight from 2024 to 2025, where involvement with the Executive Team and direct reporting to the CEO was prominent. Prior to that, Prerak was a Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 2022 to 2024 and held the role of SVP Strategy & Growth at NielsenIQ between 2020 and 2022, also serving on the Executive Committee and reporting to the CEO. Prerak's earlier experience includes a second tenure at BCG from 2013 to 2020 and progressive senior roles at McMaster-Carr from 2005 to 2011. Academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, a General Course from The London School of Economics, and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
