Shivek Raina

Shivek Raina is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Lead of Channel Sales at Freshworks since February 2021. In this role, Shivek designs go-to-market strategies for partnerships, drives partner program changes regionally, and collaborates with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Shivek worked as a Channel Sales Manager at Paytm, where responsibilities included exceeding sales targets and managing the sales process. Prior to that, Shivek held roles as Enterprise Sales Manager for both Clavax and Rally Solutions Pvt. Ltd, focusing on managing sales processes, engaging with C-suite executives, and leading teams.
