Tinoop Thomas

Tinoop Thomas is a Lead Product Designer at Freshworks since November 2022, focusing on analytics, AI copilot, and insights while enhancing user experience through interviews and validation processes. Prior to Freshworks, Tinoop served as a Senior UX Designer at Zeta Suite, leading the Olympus design team for platform products and overseeing mentorship and hiring. Experience at Soroco included roles as a Senior User Experience Designer, where Tinoop contributed to the development of the Intelligent Document Processor and managed a design team, and as a UI/UX Designer for the Mission Control project, employing agile methodologies for user research and design. Earlier career experience includes a UI/UX Designer position at Biztruss. Tinoop holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Srinivas Institute of Technology, Mangalore, completed in 2015.
