Ujjala Katta

Ujjala Katta has over 15 years of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Manager at Freshworks since January 2019, with previous roles as Lead Solution Engineer and Presales Consultant. Prior experience includes over 14 years at HCL Technologies, where Ujjala held the position of Lead Engineer. Ujjala completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Karunya University in 2007 and earlier attended Assembly of GOD Church School, earning an ISC in Science.
