Alessandro Marchi has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alessandro is currently working as a Production Group Lead II at Freudenberg Medical since August 2022. Their early work experience includes the role of Bars Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa Galway from February 2012 to January 2015. Alessandro was responsible for managing multiple bars and staff, increasing revenue, controlling labor costs, and improving service standards. Alessandro Marchi has a diverse education history. In 1993 to 1999, they attended ITC A. Meucci, where they obtained a Diploma of Education in Accounting and Computer Programming. From 2011 to 2012, Alessandro attended the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and completed a Management Development Program (MDP) in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2020 to 2021, they pursued a University Certificate of Study Module in Lean & Operational Excellence OpEx (Yellow Belt) at the Institute of Technology, Sligo. In 2021, they further enhanced their knowledge by completing a University Certificate of Study Module in Lean Thinking/Lean Tools (Green Belt) at the University of Limerick. Alessandro is currently attending the Institute of Technology, Sligo for a Medical Technology Regulatory Affairs and Operations - Cert L8 degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist, which started in 2022 and is expected to conclude in 2023.
