Neal Erickson

Neal Erickson has a diverse work experience in manufacturing engineering and process development. Neal is currently working as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Freudenberg Medical since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Nuvotronics, where they held various roles including Principal Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and Principal Manufacturing Engineer from July 2016 to April 2023. Before Nuvotronics, Neal worked at Cree as a Senior Process Engineer from October 2012 to July 2016. Neal'searlier experience includes working at Lexmark as a Process Development Engineer, where they led cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions, drove process changes to improve quality, and enhanced the customer experience. Neal also has experience as a Lean Manufacturing Core Group Member at the University of Kentucky and as a Stamping Department Co-op at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky.

Neal Erickson attended duPont Manual High School from 1988 to 1992. Neal then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Louisville from 1992 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, Neal obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1996 to 2002.
