Tim Schubert

Tim Schubert has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Tim co-founded Bmersive in 2018 and is currently serving as the Vice President at FRG Technology Consulting. In 2022, they were the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Creative Dock and also served as a People and Recruitment Partner at Flexport. In 2021, they worked as a Finance/Tech Recruitment Strategist at Seven Senders and as the Head of Procurement/Sales Recruitment at sonnen GmbH. Tim also has experience as an Interim Managing Director at Zero to One Search, Principal Developer Advocate at Clark Germany, and Head of Recruitment at K2 Partnering Solutions. Before that, they worked as the Head of Contract Recruitment DACH and a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Optimus Search.

Tim Schubert earned their Bachelor's Degree in History from The Philipp University of Marburg, completing their studies from 2009 to 2012.
