Katie Baldwin has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Katie is currently the VP of Fulfillment at Frida since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon for six years, holding various senior management roles in customer fulfillment strategy, capacity planning, learning and talent development, import operations, logistics, and operations integration. Before joining Amazon, Katie worked at Argos USA for five years in operations management. Katie also has experience in Lafarge Cement, where they held positions as a production coordinator and process engineer. Katie began their career as an intern at the Engineering Diversity Office of Penn State University and later worked as a process co-op at Lafarge Cement during their time at Penn State. Katie completed the Engineer in Training program and became the first person to do so before starting as a full-time employee.

Katie Baldwin obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Global Strategy and Organizational Behavior from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Penn State University from 2005 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Engineering Leadership Development. In addition to their degrees, Katie also received certification in Adaptive Leadership from Georgia State University in June 2013.
