Marcin Kapel-Majdecki

Marcin Kapel-Majdecki is an experienced Scrum Master and IT Project Manager with a strong background in agile methodologies and team leadership. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at FRIDAY Versicherung since June 2020, Marcin has been instrumental in implementing the scrum@scale framework, facilitating cross-team coordination, and enhancing product delivery through active support for Product Owners. Previously, Marcin held roles at Roche and Craftware Sp. z o.o., focusing on agile project management and team training. With a diverse skill set that includes tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce, Marcin has successfully managed various BI and IT projects, promoting effective workflows and collaboration among distributed teams. Marcin holds a Master of Arts in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Warsaw University of Life Sciences.
